Welcome to BauNovus and a few thoughts on innovation for the business of technology. I'm not sure if it's something local to Boston or a broader zeitgeist, but I’ve tuned into a more nuanced discussion regarding the challenge of driving innovation. As the government has laid our hopes for economic recovery at the altar of innovation, perhaps this is more relevant than ever. The pressure to innovate successfully is no longer the sole province of startups and technologists. It is becoming a requirement for the survival and future growth of any business. Despite all the mission statements, talent and herculean effort, it remains a risky endeavor. By definition, innovation *is* risk, but we're looking at the resource curve and see potential for more effective and capital efficient approaches. This site will serve to share our experience and emerging insights from further explorations with select clients. It's a fascinating topic. Looking forward to following our own advice and what comes next.
